Mission work is and can be as varied as are the gifts, resources, callings and comfort levels of those who engage in it. There are those who brave the elements and personally travel to foreign lands to preach, teach and heal. There are those who open their hearts and check books to send financial support. There are those who gather and ship food, clothes, goods and supplies to needy nations. There are those who adopt and develop missionaries and mission projects; and there are those who have a desire to serve, but don’t know how to help. All of these have a place in the grand scheme of reaching the world for Christ.
What tends to be missing, however, is a system or vehicle to connect each of these types into a single global mission network which allows people of all kinds to distribute goods, disseminate information, disciple believers and develop churches, villages, cities and nations.
The truth is that most churches don’t have a strategy for their global involvement. As a result, many simply aren’t engaged overseas. Join us for a LUNCH & LEARN – April 30, 2022. This is an invitation only, peer-to-peer gathering where global mission leaders of churches meet to share, learn, and network.
