Funding A Community Medical Clinic in Zimbabwe

A community clinic based in a farming village of over 5000 people in one of the hardest to reach areas of Zimbabwe, needs our support. The clinic was constructed around 1970 and is currently facing serious challenges in terms of service delivery. Girls and Women are struggling with mensural health support, maternity care and the wider community are at a high risk of many other diseases and illnesses. Although the medical staff is funded by the local government, there is no funding available for the clinic. Resources are needed to purchase furniture, beds and blankets, toilets, and solar panels. The clinic also has a shortage of medicines, medical equipment and surgical supplies. Long term we aim to leave a clinic that is secure and equipped to help the community.
