TEL International’s church planting initiative is rooted in a vision that extends far beyond the growth of a single congregation. Our focus is not merely on establishing churches, but on multiplying them—creating a movement that reaches future generations. From the very beginning, multiplication is embedded into the DNA of every church plant we support. This means we are not simply planting churches to exist, but planting churches that will, in turn, plant more churches. Our aim is to build a legacy of gospel-centered communities that continue to reproduce and reach new people in new places.
As the ministry develops, we intentionally raise up new leaders, missionaries, and church planters from within the local body. These individuals are equipped to carry the mission forward, reaching beyond the walls of their initial congregation to serve and lead in other communities. This ongoing development is not accidental—it is strategic. We believe that healthy churches grow healthy leaders, and healthy leaders multiply ministry.
TEL International is structured with this long-term, multiplication-driven mindset at its core. Our systems are designed to support leadership development, missionary training, and church planting efforts across diverse regions. Rather than becoming insular or focused solely on the success of one location, we continually send out teams to pioneer new works, support field missionaries, and train emerging leaders. This outward movement is essential to our mission. We recognize that real growth in God’s Kingdom happens when we are willing to release and empower others to lead and plant.
By investing in people and equipping them to lead, serve, and go, we ensure that the work of the Gospel continues far beyond the reach of our current churches. This model of multiplication requires both vision and sacrifice—it means letting go of our best leaders so that others may be reached. But we do so with joy, knowing that every church planted and every leader sent out represents another opportunity for lives to be transformed by Christ.
