Translating Hope: God’s Word for Every Nation

More than 2,000 distinct people groups—representing over 440 million individuals—still do not have access to the Bible in a language they can fully understand. For these communities, Scripture remains distant and inaccessible, limiting their ability to engage personally with God’s Word. While the magnitude of this need may feel overwhelming, it is matched by an unprecedented movement of faith, collaboration, and dedication. Wycliffe Bible Translators is currently engaged in translation work across 1,095 languages, partnering with churches, organizations, and local believers around the world to accelerate progress. United by a shared vision, those involved in this global effort are working toward an ambitious yet hopeful goal: to initiate Bible translation for every remaining people group within this generation. What once seemed impossible is now within reach, as perseverance, innovation, and obedience combine to bring God’s Word closer to every nation, tribe, and tongue.
