Bishop Raymond W. Johnson leads the association of churches in Sierra Leone to develop and maintain a missions perspective; instigate or start new work; establish points of witness; involve indigenous churches in missions work; interpret to the society the needs of people in Sierra Leone for evangelism, ministry, or outreach; lead in enlisting, placing, training, and supervising volunteers in missions, and assisting Regional Coordinator in developing missions and outreach strategy for Sierra Leone.
