The Celebration Continues

The Celebration Continues

Two thousand years after that first Noel, billions of people around the world continue to pause and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. This, in and of itself, is miraculous. Consider that in spite of the crucifixion of Christ, persecutions of Saul, the martyrdom of the Apostles, the lions and burnings at the stake of the Romans, the adversity across the ages and more, we still celebrate Christmas. It is a wonder that even the name of Jesus is still remembered, not to mention that His birth is celebrated. This we do. This we must do. This we must continue to do, not just on the 25th of December. Somewhere every day when a person learns of Jesus for the first time, He is born again in them and it is Christmas all over again. Once He is born in them, they themselves are born again in Him to new and eternal life.

Go tell it on the mountain. Over the hills and everywhere. Go tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born.

That is absolutely miraculous!
