Extreme poverty in Haiti has contributed to a heartbreaking cycle in which many vulnerable children become trapped in systems of exploitation and servitude. For countless families struggling to survive, children are often placed in situations where they are deprived of proper care, education, safety, and the opportunity to build a better future. This cycle will continue unless meaningful action is taken to provide these children with hope, protection, and a pathway out of poverty, empowering them with education, compassionate care, and opportunities for a brighter and more secure future.
TEL International is committed to helping break this cycle by expanding outreach efforts that serve vulnerable Haitian children and families. Through our programs and care centers, we seek to provide children with the support and resources they need to thrive physically, emotionally, educationally, and spiritually. Our mission is not only to meet urgent needs, but also to restore dignity, hope, and opportunity to children who are at risk.
The ministry currently provides education, shelter, nutritious meals, and medical care to children in need. These services create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and begin to envision a brighter future. By equipping children with education and consistent care, TEL International is helping them gain the tools necessary to escape cycles of poverty and exploitation.
In addition to meeting physical needs, TEL International is deeply committed to sharing the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. Through mentorship, prayer, biblical teaching, and daily acts of kindness, children are introduced to the hope found in the Gospel. The ministry seeks to demonstrate Christ’s love in practical ways while pointing children and families toward lasting spiritual transformation.
As the needs in Haiti continue to grow, TEL International is prayerfully seeking additional donations and support to expand the reach of these life-changing programs. Increased funding will allow the ministry to serve more children, strengthen existing centers, and continue providing critical care and spiritual encouragement to some of the most vulnerable members of Haitian society.
