TEL International recognizes this critical moment and is responding with urgency. We are preparing to launch the Frontline Shepherd’s Conference in both Ghana and Kenya—nations that are experiencing dynamic church growth and where the need for trained leaders has never been greater. Pastors and teachers in these regions are not just requesting our help—they are pleading for it. They are hungry for biblical training, pastoral resources, and encouragement as they shepherd congregations that are growing faster than they can manage. In the face of cultural challenges, limited resources, and even the potential for opposition, we are choosing to step forward in faith. We believe that every moment of openness is an opportunity for the Gospel, and now is the time to act. Our goal is to train approximately 1,200 pastors—men and women on the frontlines of ministry—so they can be better equipped to disciple their churches, lead their communities, and raise up others to carry the message of Christ even further.

This isn’t just about supporting local churches; it’s about empowering a movement. We believe the evangelical church in Africa is poised to become one of the most powerful missionary forces of the 21st century. By equipping these leaders now, we are investing in a future where African missionaries, pastors, and evangelists will play a leading role in advancing the Great Commission across the globe.
