Amid the many challenges facing Haiti, including economic hardship, social instability, and ongoing uncertainty, there remains a powerful source of hope in the lives of the children and families served through our Christian schools. Today, approximately 400 students are enrolled in our schools, and with God’s blessing, we anticipate serving more than 500 students by this time next year in a new and expanded facility.
Located in the communities of Labranle in northwestern Haiti and Pernier in the Ouest Department, these schools are making a lasting impact far beyond the classroom. Through quality education and Christ-centered instruction, we are reaching not only students but entire families with the hope of the gospel.
Our educational curriculum is designed to provide students with the academic foundation they need to succeed while also nurturing their spiritual growth. Alongside traditional subjects, students learn Scripture, biblical values, and the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Each child is given the opportunity to hear the gospel, grow in their understanding of God’s Word, and respond personally to Christ’s invitation of salvation. For many Haitian families, education represents one of the few pathways out of poverty and toward a brighter future. Parents place a high value on schooling because they recognize its power to transform lives, open doors of opportunity, and equip their children to become productive leaders within their communities.
Through these schools, children are receiving far more than an education. They are finding hope, purpose, encouragement, and the opportunity to build a better future grounded in both knowledge and faith. As enrollment continues to grow, we remain committed to expanding our reach and investing in the next generation of Haitian leaders who will help strengthen their families, churches, and communities. Even in the midst of adversity, God is at work. Through Christian education, lives are being transformed, families are being impacted, and hope is being restored—one child at a time.
